Wuding(WDCM) R&D center has established long-lasting partnership with College of Mechanical Engineering, Donghua University ––– renowned for its textile machinery researching in domestic industry. Our technicians work closely with three experienced professors of Donghua University in research and development of tufting technology. Furthermore, Wuding(WDCM) has gathered a number of experts and technicians who are seasoned in tufting industry, and they represent our future directions of tufting technology development.

Our experts and technicians always keep a close eye on the development of tufting technology spanning across the global markets, and improve our existing tufting technology in combination with artificial intelligence, cloud computing and automatic control technologies.

At Wuding(WDCM) sampling center, along with a complete range of tufted products produced by our tufting equipment, we also place two sampling machines with working width of 1 meter, i.e. carpet sample machine and artificial grass sample machine. These two machines aim at on-site sampling according to customer's specific needs like yarn twist, production method, product type and machine speed, for customer pre-approval. Our tufting machines can be offered in custom-tailored configurations to satisfy customer's individual production demands.

With the help of cloud computing technology, Wuding(WDCM) customer data are secured while the files of Wuding(WDCM) technologies are completely and safely stored.
